About Role:
The Salesforce Administrator at Celigo will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and scaling the company’s Salesforce environment to support business operations. This role requires significant overlap with Pacific Time working hours (5:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST). The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, proactive, and skilled in both technical configuration and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes).
- Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and optimize Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex for handling large data volumes.
- Have a basic understanding of integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Manage and configure custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, workflows, Lightning pages, and layouts.
- Create and manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls.
- Perform regular sandbox refreshes and handle testing of high-priority Salesforce updates.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with other admins and developers, ensuring peer reviews for complex changes.
- Use tools like Gearset, Jira, and Asana for version control, deployment, and task tracking aligned with DevOps best practices.
- Handle data imports/exports, maintain data integrity, and build dashboards and reports.
- Leverage automation tools (flows, approvals, validation rules) to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain clear documentation of system changes and contribute to team knowledge sharing and onboarding efforts.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales and/or Service Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Gearset, Jira, and Asana.
- Experience with user management, automation, dashboards, data imports, and sandbox management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Effective project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed, global team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator or higher).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware tools.
- Experience supporting CPQ and Revenue Operations processes and systems.
- Basic Salesforce development and technical design skills (e.g., Apex triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
